Edgecom Energy was established in 2016 by Behdad Bahrami, an industrial energy manager from one of Canada’s leading plastic manufacturing facilities, to address inefficiencies in industrial energy management. Behdad imagined a future where large energy users could responsibly consume energy using real-time data and visibility. Many businesses struggle with rising energy costs, time-consuming manual reporting processes, and blind decision-making. Edgecom Energy eliminates these difficulties by collecting both real-time grid and facility data, unlocking hidden insights within it, and centralizing all energy information to enable smarter decisions to be made faster.
