Program Eligibility
Below is a list of recipients and project activities that are eligible for funding.
Eligible Recipients
Industrial facilities in the following sectors are eligible:
- NAICS 11: Agriculture, Forestry, Fishing, and Hunting
- NAICS 21: Mining, Quarrying, Oil and Gas Extraction
- NAICS 22: Utilities
- NAICS 23: Construction
- NAICS 31, 32, 33: Manufacturing
- NAICS 48: Transportation and Warehousing
- NAICS 56:Administrative and Support and Waste Management and Remediation Services
- An Energy Manager or Energy Management Policy Document
- Projected EMIS savings report.
Eligible Costs
Eligible costs are directly related to the procurement and implementation of the EMIS and limited to:
- Cost of equipment purchased
- Cost of labour for equipment installed by third party
- Cost to prepare the project M&V Plan
