Will this interrupt production?
No. We only enroll load you agree to shed; production-critical equipment stays out. Automated sites get local override and a safe fallback before the first event.
Who owns the hardware?
You do, unless your quote specifies a subscription or Edgecom-owned kit. Your meters and plant stay yours; we remove our devices if you leave.
Do we have to be Class A in Ontario?
No. Class A Global Adjustment savings are separate from IESO demand response; many sites do DR only.
Is this software-only?
No. We handle enrollment, operations, settlement, and measurement and verification; hardware only where your site needs it.
